Description: Parks Construction (Roster) F18-CS-RLS-2026-22 Closing Date: 11/27/2026 03:00:00 PM ET Detail: This Request for Supplier Qualifications (the “RFSQ”) is an invitation by City of Kingston (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify, in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 5), for the City’s Parks and Outdoor Recreation Vendor of Record (VOR) roster for Parks construction, as further described in Part 2 RFSQ Particulars (the “Deliverables”). The purpose of this RFSQ is to pre-qualify a list of qualified and experienced landscape contractors to undertake works associated with park amenity replacement, park redevelopment, and new park development. Successful respondents will be invited to enter into a Master Framework Agreement and included on the City’s Parks and Outdoor Recreation Vendor of Record (VOR) roster and invited to bid on subsequent second-stage competitive processes. The value of works associated with subsequent second-stage competitive processes are outlined below. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to conduct procurements for work of any value through this roster arrangement or through a separate public procurement process, regardless of the value thresholds identified below. Project Values Procurement Process Up to $5,000,000 City’s project lead to solicit written formal quotations from the entire pre-qualified Vendor of Record (VOR) list. Over $5,000,000 City will undertake an open public procurement process.
