Closing soonParking Management Services - Request for Proposal
Description: Addendum 2
October 7, 2026
Following the pre-proposal conference on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, five parties submitted written questions and requests for clarifications by the deadline of Tuesday, September 29, 2026, by 12pm ET. Below are responses to those questions and clarifications.
Clarifications:
1. RFP Section 1.2 (Submission): All proposals must be submitted electronically as a single, consolidated document and not a series of attachments.
2. RFP Section 3.1.4.B: The intra-lot on demand shuttle services may be conducted with a mobile cart (e.g., golf cart) and not a shuttle bus.
3. RFP Section 3.1.4.G (new): Submit an operating budget for the operational plan/staffing plan that accounts for the anticipated first full year of reimbursable operating expenses (and capital outlays, if any) as well as an estimated escalator percentage for future years.
4. The pre-proposal conference sign-in sheet is included as an attachment.
5. The pre-preproposal conference presentation is included as an attachment.
6. The "concession" agreement for the current parking Concessionaire is included as an attachment.
7. By virtue of the nature of a "concessions" agreement, certain parking related information is not required by Blue Grass Airport under the current agreement, nor otherwise provided by the current parking Concessionaire, therefore it cannot be made available for the purposes of this Addendum 2.
