Parking Lot Project at Charles Russell NWR

Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a total small-business-set-aside contract to rehabilitate the Route 906 parking area at Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge in Lewistown, Montana; this is a contract solicitation rather than a grant program. Work includes site assessment and mobilization, crack sealing and localized asphalt repairs, drainage improvements, and replacement or reconstruction of ADA ramps, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, and services, furnish performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days after award, and demonstrate at least three similar prime-contractor projects completed within the last five years.
