Description: Parking lot maintenance and repair: asphalt pavement repairs, concrete pavement repairs, pothole repair, surface patching, full-depth pavement replacement, pavement milling and resurfacing, crack sealing and crack filling, sealcoating, parking lot reconstruction, parking stop installation and replacement, drainage-related pavement repairs, utility cut restoration, surface leveling and correction of settlement areas. Curb and gutter services: removal and replacement of concrete curbs, removal and replacement of curb and gutter sections, installation of new curbing, repair of damaged or spalled concrete, resetting displaced curbs, repair caused by vehicle damage, adjustment of curbs associated with drainage improvements. Sidewalk and pedestrian infrastructure: sidewalk removal and replacement, pedestrian pathway repairs, trip-hazard removal, grinding of uneven sidewalks where appropriate, concrete panel replacement, expansion joint repair and replacement, installation of new sidewalks, repairs associated with tree root damage, crosswalk repairs, pedestrian access route improvements.
