Parking and Mobility Consultant (RFP)

Finance, Administration, Water and Sewer and Parking Utility Consultant. Assistance to the Finance Department and Administration as it relates to Local Finance Board applications and presentations, analysis of the City’s Water and Sewer Utility and Parking Utility, including if necessary a rate study/analysis, report generation and testifying in arbitration hearings regarding City’s labor negotiations with unions, review of Bond Anticipation Note POS review of Bond POS, capital budget analysis, annual debt statements, annual financial statements, CAP waivers, levy CAP and RUT calculations review, review of pension compliance issues, Municipal Qualified Bond Act calculations and grant analysis and such other assignments deemed necessary by the City's Business Administrator.
