Provide financial advisory services of a specialized nature to the city. The respondent will be required to perform, but not be limited to, the following services: provide advice appropriate to assure a successful financing of new or existing bonds/notes. Review existing debt structure and assist in developing a debt financing plan. Shall develop detailed financing timetable. Shall coordinate with the financing team, including bond counsel. Shall assist in review of preliminary offering statement and final official statements. Shall present to bond rating agencies. Shall monitor market and provide analyses regarding timing, comparable sales and structure of debt issuances. Shall provide updated debt service schedules. Shall create summary reports of debt issuances. Provide investment strategies for bond proceeds and debt reserve funds. Provide redevelopment financial consulting services as needed. Shall provide ongoing advice to management team regarding financial and budgetary matters.
