To provide parking access and revenue control system (parcs) equipment the purpose of this request for proposals (rfp) is to select a parcs provider, who is determined to be most advantageous to the fccfa, to provide a turn-key parcs solution for all six fccfa owned and operated parking facilities. The selected firm shall provide all equipment installation services as well as ongoing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
