Description: The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority intends to make a one-time purchase of a proprietary emissions reduction device for diesel exhaust from Paradigm Emissions Technologies, Inc., which it considers the only known capable supplier. Other firms that believe they can supply the device may submit a brief statement of capabilities. If a capable alternative is identified, the Authority may conduct a competitive procurement; otherwise, it intends to proceed with a sole-source agreement.
