Description: York University is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified proponents for the supply, delivery, implementation, and support of a commercial off-the-shelf, modern cloud-based campus Retail and eRetail Solution. The solution is intended to replace the existing course and inventory management, e-commerce, and NPOS environment with a fully integrated platform designed for higher-education retail operations. The requested capabilities include textbook and course-materials management, digital courseware delivery, inventory management, EDI, point-of-sale operations, e-commerce, financial management, reporting, customer engagement, and future institutional growth.
