The Naval Facilities Engineering Command is seeking proposals for an active design-build repair and renovation project at OTC Dorm King Hall Building 291 at Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island. The work includes a new fire lane, full roof replacement, exterior window and storefront replacement, masonry repairs, a passenger elevator, seismic upgrades, interior reconfiguration, and minor renovations to existing facilities. The building will be unoccupied during the 1,278-day performance period, and the solicitation is a construction procurement rather than a grant program.
