Description: The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District is seeking qualifications from experienced contractors to become approved contractors for its Municipal Private Property Infiltration and Inflow (PPII-M) program. The RFQ is intended to prequalify contractors for infiltration and inflow reduction work on residential properties throughout the District’s service area, including work under contracts publicly procured by the District or participating municipalities and funded in whole or part by the District. Approved contractors remain on the list for five years if they remain in good standing, and applications are due by 12:00 p.m. Central on October 7, 2026.
