Fair Hill NRMA Site Electrical Improvements

Description: Scope of work: Remove existing overhead and underground electrical feeders and circuits; Remove existing wooden utility poles and distribution hardware; Remove existing site lighting fixtures, supports, wiring; Remove RV camper and portable power connection pedestals, loadcenters, outlets; Remove overhead service drops to selected buildings; Coordinate with Delmarva Power for removal and relocation of several metered services and installation of new services; Provide new metering, CT cabinets, raceways and grounding for new services; Provide new electrical service disconnects, distribution panels, surge protection devices, feeders and grounding systems; Provide new metal lighting poles, fixtures and attached loadcenters and outlets; New electrical panels, enclosures, concrete pads, bollards and support racks; Replace light fixtures and wiring devices in Grandstand Building; Underground directional boring for electrical raceways; Cranes, rigging and special equipment and services for installation of equipment.
