Oxbows Park and Queens Drive South Roadway Improvements Consulting

Description: The City of Red Deer seeks engineering consulting services for improvements to the Oxbows Park and Queens Drive South roadways. The consultant will assess two gravel roads and develop rehabilitation and chipseal solutions that account for site conditions, drainage, traffic, costs and service life. The scope includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, procurement support, and provisional construction and post-construction services.
