Owner Advisor for Design-build Projects

Provide owner advisor services to the division of water reclamation (DWR) on an as-needed basis for work on DWR collaborative delivery projects. The scope is this project includes, but is not limited to, assistance with the collaborative delivery process project development, providing guidance and advice throughout the collaborative delivery project life cycle, facilitation of project team communications, assurance of compliance with all regulatory requirements, and general project selection guidance for collaborative delivery use determination.
