Overhead Patient Lifts for the Fort Wayne IN Medical Center - (Request for Quote)

Description: A. Services shall include all manpower, parts, installation, maintenance and support to include any freight charges and travel for this contract. B. Keep the overhead patient lift systems and its covered components functional as intended. C. All system components, new and/or existing, shall run smoothly throughout the course of the contract. D. All system components are deemed and tested to be safe according to our va patient safety standards. E. All system components shall have preventive maintenance performed to ensure safety according to the htm preventive maintenance schedule. F. The previous system s railing system is included in the system components of this procurement. See attached file.
