Coventry Local Schools District Snow Removal (RFP)

Work includes all areas to be plowed must be clearly staked by the contractor to ensure proper snow removal and to avoid damage to curbs, landscaping, or other property; all roadways, driveways, and parking areas shall be cleaned to be hazard free to all school personnel, and students by 5:00 AM each day beginning at the transportation lot, then high school, middle school and elemntary school campuses. Plowing will be considered complete when areas are scraped to the areas surface and snow accumulation is completely removed from the specified areas and salt applied as necessary; any measurable snowfall accumulation (2 inches or more) will require removal. No more than one removal or salt application per day. Any additional removals or applications should be coordinated with the maintenance supervisor. See attached file.
