Outsource Contractor 2027 RFP

Description: The Georgetown County Water and Sewer District is seeking sealed proposals for outsourced construction activities involving water and sewer line extensions, valves, hydrants, taps, services, grinder pump stations, and steps units. The District will provide the materials, design, permitting, and inspection, while the contractor will provide unit pricing and perform pressure testing and chlorination where appropriate. One copy of the proposal is due by September 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
