Otis Gray Park Pavilions Replacement

Project involves demolition and removal of existing pavilions and associated concrete slabs, 2 EA of furnish and install two (2) polygonshaped shelters with cupolas and sloped pbr roofing, minimum 22' diameter roof and 7'6" vertical clearance, 2 EA of provide and install circular reinforced concrete slabs, foundation and anchoring work for shelters, including base plates and structural hardware, 2 EA of utility work: connect existing water lines and install one (1) spigot per pavilion, 2 EA of utility work: connect existing electrical lines and install one (1) weatherproof outlet per pavilion.
