Oregon Employment Department LED Lighting Upgrade Project RFP

Description: Provide complete and operable system that will ensure all lighting fixtures are upgraded to LED with Web Accessed Control systems as detailed in the Attachments B and C, and operable with previous OED LED lighting projects. Alternate 1: All exit lights to be replaced with Self Diagnostic Testing and Reporting capable device Such as Lithonia LHQ exit lights with STAR (Self-Testing Automated Reporting) Contractor to submit spec sheet of proposed replacement(s). Alternate 2:Contractor will conduct site walk prior to start of work to document existing conditions. Contractor will replace if requested noted ceiling tiles at a piece per tile rate. After work commences contractor is responsible for replacement of any damaged or broken ceiling tile as a result of work conducted and not previously noted.
