Oracle Cloud SCM Redwood Migration Support

Description: Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory is seeking limited Oracle Cloud SCM Redwood migration support to identify required readiness work, determine a minimum viable migration path, support selected critical actions, and transfer knowledge to laboratory staff. The work includes assessing priority SCM processes, evaluating Redwood impacts, supporting configuration and workflow validation, and preparing transition materials, but excludes a full end-to-end migration, broad optimization, or extended production support. Capability statements from businesses of all sizes and socioeconomic categories are requested to inform competition and subcontracting decisions, with responses due August 31, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. EDT.
