Design-build services for the construction of a new 74,000 SF resilient and sustainable recreation center. The scope of the project includes full demolition of the existing recreational center building and Golden Age Center, including cutting, capping and abandoning of all utility lines. A new facility with indoor pool and two gym/basketball courts will be designed and constructed. The new building will be located on an existing lot. The Golden Age Center will remain open and operational through the recreation center demolition and construction and will be demolished when the center is completed.
