BREAKAWAY SIGN SUPPORTS AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE
The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Highways, seeks quotes under an open-end RFQ to establish a standing contract for breakaway sign supports and associated highway-signing hardware. Products must meet WVDOH standards; vendors may provide preassembled units or components, and delivery is FOB destination to the WVDOH post yard in Charleston within 45 working days after order receipt. Award is to the lowest overall total-cost vendor able to meet specifications and maintain inventory, with annual price adjustments possible if material costs rise by at least 20%.
