One (1) Year HVAC Preventative Maintenance Service and Repairs

Provide preventative maintenance and repairs to north campus boilers. It is anticipated that the term of the Contract will be three (3) years with an option to renew for one (1) additional two (2) year period.

Suny Stony Brook University

Annual preventative maintenance and repair service to Stryker Neptune equipment. Neptune 3 Rover ProCare, Product ID 0703-001-000W, Sixty-three (63) units, to include 2 PM's and repairs as needed. Neptune 2 Docker ProCare, Product ID 0702-014-000W, six (6) units, to include 2 PM's and repairs as needed.
