Description: The University of Connecticut seeks statements of qualifications from companies to provide roof-design and consulting services for campus projects and maintenance of its roof portfolio. Work may include assessing and reporting on roof conditions, inspecting roof systems, preparing repair or restoration designs and cost estimates, conducting construction inspections, and reviewing roof specifications and warranties. Services may be needed across the main and regional campuses, UConn Health, and other University property.
