On-Call Materials and Field Testing Services - Annual Contracts (Request for Qualifications)

Description: On-call materials and field testing services. Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, specialized equipment and services required to provide comprehensive materials and field testing as required to include the following: Compressive Strength of Concrete Cylinders; Establish Asphalt Roll Pattern; Asphalt Extraction/ gradation; Asphalt Cores; Asphalt Density; Graded Aggregate Base Compaction; Embankment Testing (Including pipe backfill and embankments below one foot of subgrade); Subgrade Compaction Testing (Embankments within the final one foot of subgrade); Soil Mix Designs; In Place Density for Soil Cement; see attached file.
