On Call Manhole Rehabilitation Services (Request for Proposal) (RE-BID)

Description: Perform on-call rehabilitation of approx., 100 sewer manholes per year, including special structures. The manholes to be rehabilitated may be located across the districts 24 independent special districts, but are initially anticipated to be located primarily within districts nos. 1, 2, 5, and 8. Rehabilitation methods may include high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or fiberglass lining systems; or calcium aluminate cement (CAC), polyurethane, or epoxy coating systems. Contractors may submit proposals for just one, several, or all of the rehabilitation methods.
