On Call Maintenance and Minor Construction Services RFP

Description: The Inland Empire Regional Composting Authority seeks proposals from licensed, qualified general contractors for on-call emergency maintenance and repair, as well as routine task-order maintenance and minor construction at its facility. Work may include millwright and welding services, electrical and fire-sprinkler repairs, framing, drywall and concrete work, conveyor and heavy-equipment maintenance, and plumbing and piping. The Authority anticipates multiple awards under an initial three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions, and proposals must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids.
