Work includes home repair include the maintenance or repair of one or more items required to ensure the health, safety, and general welfare of the home occupants and for the removal of code violations, including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, or roofing issues. Handicap accessibility modifications may also be addressed.
