Grant Writing Services RFP
Baltimore County, Maryland, Division of Purchasing Services is seeking Proposals for Grant Writing Services. Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd, no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, December 17, 2026. Amendments to solicitations often occur prior to bid opening and sometimes within as little as 48 hours prior to bid opening. It is the potential bidder's responsibility to frequently visit the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd to obtain amendments and any other solicitation information. The Baltimore County Office of Budget and Finance, Division of Grants Management, is seeking one or more on-call grant writers to assist in applying for a variety of federal, state, and local funding sources on an as-needed basis.
