On-Call Consultant Services — City of San Mateo Public Works Department

The City of San Mateo Public Works Department seeks on-call consultant services in seven categories: ADA services; Survey; Civil Design; Public Outreach; Arborist; Traffic Engineering; and Stormwater Design. The city plans to award at least one 2–3 year on-call contract per category with work issued via task orders; typical annual contract budgets are ~$100,000–$300,000. Separate electronic proposals (PDF) are required for each category, with a 15-page limit (resumes excluded); compensation is time-and-expense with a required fee schedule.
