Oil Analyzers RFP

Description: Automatic Particle Counter Testing System Requirements: The PAMAS SBSS Automatic Particle Counter will be used to measure the cleanliness of lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids at Submarine Fleet Performing Monitoring Team (PMT) sites. They will directly support the PMT's capabilities to determine whether the fluids are acceptable for continued use, require filtration, or striking. Contaminated oil can cause significant damage to ship machinery, and knowing the oil cleanliness is crucial for maintenance and repair of oil-wetted systems, particularly hydraulics systems in submarines. A new particle tester is required to replace the currently installed S40 GO portable particle counters. See attached file.
