Officer Off Duty Detail Management System Services for Essex County Sheriff’s Office RFP

Description: Provide an officer off-duty detail management system of a specialized nature to the county. The vendor shall be responsible for the administration of all off-duty officer details on behalf of the County including requests for service, scheduling work, invoicing, and collecting payments. Requests for off-duty work and scheduling shall be completed through a secure online platform and a telephone assistance center. The vendor shall remit detail payments to the County of Essex securely, as payment shall be made to the officers through the County payroll system. The amounts collected include but are not limited to the following County's administrative fee, County's motor vehicle fee and amounts payable to officers. These payments should be remitted to the County on a semi-monthly basis.
