Office Furniture Upgrade RFP

Description: The contractor will furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and consumables to design, deliver, and install modular office furniture that supports functionality, ergonomics, and efficient space utilization. The solution should accommodate current staffing requirements, allow for flexibility, and present a modern, professional appearance. At a minimum, there should be three manufacturers and optional layouts to choose from. The contractor will dismantle, transport, dispose or reassemble workstations as directed. The contractor will also perform the following services: A. Design Phase: 1. Site Assessment and Space Planning: Conduct an on-site assessment and take accurate field measurements. Assess workflow, collaboration zones, privacy needs, and electrical/data requirements. Develop a modular furniture layout maximizing space efficiency and ergonomics. See attached file.
