OCRC Hyland OnBase Upgrade & Implementation Services RFP

Description: The Ohio Civil Rights Commission is seeking a qualified Hyland consulting partner to upgrade its OnBase Enterprise Content Management and Case Management System from Version 22 to Version 25.1. The selected vendor must provide project management, technical implementation, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation production support. This open request for quotation is limited to eligible Minority Business Enterprise vendors, uses Ohio DAS standard terms, and must be submitted through OhioBuys by August 7, 2026.
