Description: The Contractor shall furnish all, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental services necessary to provide handheld vascular Doppler systems, accessories, delivery, and warranty support. Procurement: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for handheld Doppler systems and associated accessories. Delivery: Equipment shall be delivered within 45 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO). Inspection and Acceptance: Biomedical Engineering and Supply Chain staff will inspect equipment within three (3) business days of delivery to the Warehouse. Equipment shall be free of defects and meet all solicitation requirements. Replacement: The Contractor shall replace any damaged, defective, or non-conforming equipment at no additional cost to the Government.
