NYS CDBG Residential Rehabilitation Project

Description: North Country Rural Development Coalition is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors to rehabilitate an owner-occupied single-family home in the Town of Jay, Essex County, New York. The work includes structural, electrical, heating, plumbing, accessibility, exterior and interior improvements, plus lead-based paint, radon and asbestos testing and hazard remediation. The project is funded through the New York State CDBG Program administered by the New York State Office of Community Renewal, and the bid packet is available by contacting NRDC.
