Description: The contractor shall be responsible for adhering to the Special Conditions outlined in this document and is expected to review it in its entirety. The CE Project Manager (PM) will assist the contractor in meeting these requirements. HVAC Demo: Contractor shall install temporary floor to ceiling dust control barrier to encompass the interior construction area as the adjacent cafeteria will remain open and functional. Contractor shall lock and tag out the 120V single phase power feeding rooftop Exhaust Fan (EF) 203 in electrical room 245, panel LH21, circuit 21. Contractor must test and verify before any work is done. Contractor shall demo and dispose of approximately ten (10) feet of ¾" conduit and wiring from the load side of the rooftop disconnect that services EF-203. Plug and make weather-tight the rooftop disconnect as it will remain, label rooftop disconnect as SPARE circuit breaker in the associated panel, and label circuit breaker in panel LH21 as SPARE.
