Announcement of Competitive Contracting Request for Proposals The Ocean County Board of Commissioners announces the availability of funding for Behavioral Health Services. The County is seeking proposals from vendors to support community behavioral health providers that operate within the county and to compliment Federal, State and other funding that is invested locally in order to maximize resources and enhance the wellness and recovery of Ocean County residents. Approximately $2,175,000.00 may be available. Funds may not be used to supplant or replace existing funds or other resources from federal, state, or county government for existing programs or lot purposes of capital construction or renovation. The County reserves the right to award partial contracts to one or more proposers. The Requests for Competitive Contracting (RFCC) are available on the Ocean County Procurement Portal Website or for viewing purposes only at the Purchasing Department at (732) 929-2101. All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, November 5, 2026. The County will not be responsible for late submissions and no proposals will be accepted after the time stipulated in this notice. Questions about each solicitation must be submitted using the Ocean County Procurement Portal Website no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.

Notice to Bidders - 2026 Stump Removal
Public Notice: The City of Hampton is seeking competitive quotes for the removal of sixty (60) tree stumps. Quotes shall be a one lump sum quote. Tree stumps must be ground to six inches below grade, the grindings cleaned up and removed to the Cityâ��s deposit site. All tree stumps must be removed before 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2027. Any damage to existing property caused by the removal of said tree stumps will be the responsibility of the tree service provider to abate. The tree service provider must be licensed with the City of Hampton. A tree stump removal list is available at Hampton City Hall, 122 1st Ave NW, Hampton, Iowa. If identical low quotes are received, the project will be awarded to the lowest quote drawn at random. The City reserve the right to reject any/all quotes. All competitive quotes must be submitted in writing to Hampton City Hall no later than 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 6, 2026.
