71-08-04-326-005.000-025 Demolition of Structures, Specifically, the House and Detached Garage (Request for Proposal)

Description: Work include 1) demolition of the above-described buildings, specifically, the house and detached garage, in their entirety and including the removal of the following: accessory buildings and sheds, sidewalks, driveways, slabs, fences, retaining walls, basements, dead trees, bushes and all other such items that might be a part of the property that should be removed. 2) a separate permit for septic system removal and well abandonment must be obtained from the county health department and completed to their guidelines and satisfaction. 3) the removal of all materials and all debris resulting from said demolition from the basement before such opening is backfilled. (a visual inspection to be made by a building department inspector and okayed before backfilled). 4) filling to grade level and grading the lot with clean fill.
