Description: The County of Morris, New Jersey is selling at public auction a 10-acre parcel of real property at 540 West Hanover Avenue in the Township of Morris (Block 1901, Lot 1), which contains the Morris View Healthcare Center and associated land, structures, drives, and parking. The property is no longer needed for public use and will be sold at public auction on August 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time at 10 Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey, with a minimum bid of $27,050,000.00 pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13(a). Site visits will be held on July 2 and July 9, 2026, and the sale is subject to conditions including a deed restriction requiring the healthcare center to continue operating as a licensed long-term care facility with at least 283 beds in perpetuity.
