Description: The Town of Buffalo, West Virginia Sanitary Board is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional engineering services in support of a planned project to extend sanitary sewer service and improve existing system capacity in support of planned developments in the area. The planned project will include construction of two new sewer pump stations, new sewer force main, upgrades to the existing wastewater treatment plant, and upgrades to one existing sewer pump station. This is a competitive selection process compliant with West Virginia Code chapter 5G, designed to objectively select the consultant who will provide the highest quality of service based on technical qualifications and experience.
