NOTICE OF PRE-QUALIFYING FOR TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION LINE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE, AND SUBSTATION CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE (HVE PreQualification - 2027)

Description: Grant County Public Utility District No. 2 is accepting applications for High Voltage Electrical (HVE) prequalification of contractors for transmission and distribution line construction and maintenance and substation construction and maintenance. Approved applicants may receive electrical construction/improvement bid documents for projects scheduled in the 2027 construction year, with anticipated work including substations, transmission switchyards, and associated transmission-line assets. Completed applications and required documentation must be received by September 17, 2026 at 4:00 PM, and the notice directs applicants to obtain the forms by registering through the District’s Procureware system.
