NOTICE OF LAND AVAILABLE FOR LEASE RFP

Description: The City of Mineral Wells is accepting written proposals to lease approximately 50.3 acres of City-owned real property in Palo Pinto County, Texas. The property consists of two adjoining tracts, was historically used as a dump/landfill site, and is offered “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with proposed uses subject to legal, environmental, and land-use requirements. Proposals must identify the proposed use, lease term, annual rent, and allocation of operating responsibilities, and must be delivered or mailed to City Hall by August 31, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.; this is a property lease solicitation rather than a grant program.
