Notice of Intent to Sole Source to ORCA Technologies
The Department of the Navy's Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed-price contract on a noncompetitive basis to ORCA Technologies, LLC for the TMAP Timing Applique Module Card, part number TMAP-VXI-1A. The proposed procurement covers TMAP-VXI-1A Timing Applique Module circuit-card assemblies needed to sustain an emergency communications program managed by the United States Air Force.
