Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Defensive Counterintelligence & Insider Threat Program Support Services - PHK ENTERPRISES, LLC

Description: The U.S. Department of Transportation intends to award a sole-source contract to PHK ENTERPRISES, LLC for professional and technical support of its Defensive Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Program (DCIITP). The contractor will provide expertise in counterintelligence analysis, insider threat detection, user activity monitoring, policy development, and security education. The work will protect DOT personnel, classified national security information, Sensitive Security Information, proprietary data, networks, and sensitive technical research from foreign intelligence collection and insider threats.
