Notice of Intent to Sole Source - BOTMAB Reports

Description: Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to PPD for writing reports related to the BOTMAB program in support of the Capability Program Executive for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense. The notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested firms may submit written responses demonstrating clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses are due within 15 days of publication, no later than August 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT.
