Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to make a sole-source award to Applied Research Associates, Inc. for blast and security modeling and simulation tools and software development training. The requirement covers software development, software modification, and training for ARA’s proprietary VAPO and Ravel modeling and simulation tools used for blast-damage and blast-propagation analysis.
