Notice of Intent to Award Sole-Source BOA - Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC
This active federal special notice announces the Army’s intent to establish a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement with Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC, with an estimated capacity of $9,000,000 and a six-month extension option. The agreement would support Coordinate Measuring Machine and proprietary Surfcom metrology systems at Tooele Army Depot, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, Crane Army Ammunition Activity, and other eligible Army installations. Carl Zeiss is identified as the sole source, and written comments on the proposed sole-source justification are due September 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
