North Manor Plumbing Renovations RFP

Description: The project consists of a comprehensive replacement of the plumbing systems serving 100 apartment units. The work includes replacing all existing domestic water supply and sanitary drain piping within each apartment and the basement along with new plumbing fixtures including toilets vanity sinks and faucets bathtubs with surrounds and faucets kitchen sinks and faucets washer supply and drain connections and new drain kits and faucets for wash tubs.
