Non-Exclusive Rental Car Lease and Concession Agreement at Millington-Memphis Airport (RFP)

Seeking proposals for one (1) non-exclusive rental car lease and concession agreement for the purpose of providing for the operation of first class, non-exclusive rental car concessions in the airport building. Concessions shall provide the traveling public and airport users passenger-type rental vehicles. The lease will include approx. 1,000 SF of office space in the building. The lease will also include a minimum of 12 parking space to be assigned by the MAA. Additional parking spaces are negotiable. The lease will include office space, parking spaces, and a concession agreement subject to a 10% fee.
